Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes accidents are the result of those unpredictable moments. If you’ve been involved in an accident or feel you need to file a claim, you can call us, email our Claims team, or submit a claim online. For non-emergency claims, you can fill out our online claim form at the bottom of this page. Your online claim submission will be sent directly to our in-house claims department.

File a Claim

If you need to make a claim after our regular business hours and its pressing, please call us at 1-888-742-3467 and your call will be answered by our after-hours call center where they will direct you to a claims representative. We do our best to respond as quickly as possible, but if this is an emergency, please call 911.
