If you purchased a plan through Washington Healthplanfinder:

Effective September 24th, 2015 you will no longer make payments to the Washington Health Benefit Exchange (Washington Healthplanfinder) through your online account. You can find detailed payment instructions here.

Regence does accept online payments from member bank Bill Pay services set up through your banking account. Regence offers an automatic bank draft service called Surepay for no extra fee. You can also mail your premium to Regence directly at Regence BlueShield of Washington, PO BOX 35022, SEATTLE, WA 98124 – 3500. Be sure to refer to your policy number on the check.
